Greg Bailey, MD

Dr. Greg Bailey completed his Residency at UCLA/Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles and has been practicing in Gainesville since 1990. He is Board Certified in Gynecology and a member of the American Urogynecology Society. He founded The Women’s Pelvic Health & Continence Center in 2005. He is currently a preceptor for CR Bard training other physicians in advanced pelvic reconstructive surgery.

Amy Kirby

Amy Kirby, PA-C

Amy graduated from the University of Florida’s Physician Assistant Program in 1990. She has practiced in the specialties of Hematology/ Oncology, Orthopedics, Internal Medicine and Women’s Health. She has extensive training in pelvic reconstructive surgical assisting, InterStim Neuromodulation Therapy and Pelvic Floor Rehab with Biofeedback. She joined the Women’s Pelvic Health and Continence Center in 2005.

Carole Kalivoda

Carole Kalivoda, ARNP

Carole graduated in 1997 from the South Western Medical Nurse Practitioner Program in Dallas, Texas with a certification in Women’s Health. She has practiced in the specialties of Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Women’s Health. She has extensive training in pelvic reconstructive surgical assisting, colposcopy, pessary fitting and Pelvic Floor Rehab with Biofeedback. She joined the Women’s Pelvic Health and Continence Center in 2007.

Nancy Blunt

Nancy Blunt, ARNP

Nancy graduated in 2003 from the University of South Alabama with a Master of Science in Nursing. Her specialization was Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and Maternal Child Clinical Nurse Specialist. She joined the Women’s Pelvic Health and Continence Center in 2008.
